Biscoff Banana Bites

Ingredients 

2 medium-large bananas

1/4 cup biscoff spread

80g dark chocolate

6 biscoff biscuits

Method

  1. Cut the banana into 1.5cm thick slices

  2. Spread roughly 1/2 tsp of Biscoff spread onto half of the banana slices and add a second slice on top to make a mini sandwich.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate slowly in the microwave. Crush the Biscoff biscuits into a crumb in a bowl. 

  4. Take the banana bites and cover them with dark chocolate. Transfer to the bowl with the Biscoff crumbs and coat. Place on a tray or plate lined with baking paper and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  5. You can store them in the fridge or freezer at you preference.
