About Maggie
What I like doing as a dietitian is simple: I love educating people on good nutrition, but a big part of this is helping them find balance and regain confidence with their food choices. My favourite client wins are never what we see on the scales but the change we see and feel in ourselves whether that be our energy, mood, productivity or freedom with food choices.
My Mission
Despite understanding the value of good nutrition as a dietitian, I also have a firm belief in balance when it comes to food choices. My love of food extends beyond wholefoods to include a cheeky cocktail or two, choccy after dinnertime and my weekend coffee and croissant.
I consider myself lucky to have such a great relationship with food and my body, but unfortunately, in a world full of fad diets, poor body image and diet BS, I see a lot of people struggle with their confidence within themselves and with their food.
