Salted Almond, Pretzel and Dark Choc Yoghurt Topper

This recipe is super easy to make and a great way to make yoghurt a little bit more filling and enjoyable for a snack! You could also add it to oats in the morning or with ice cream for dessert. 

Ingredients

1 cup crushed pretzels

1/2 cup roasted almonds

80g dark chocolate

Sprinkle sea salt

Method

  1. Lay out a baking tray with paper. 

  2. Evenly spread over the crushed pretzels and roasted almonds.

  3. Drizzle the dark choc over the almonds and top with sea salt flakes.

  4. Pop in the fridge for 20-30mins to set the chocolate.

  5. Once the chocolate has hardened, break up the bark into desired size chunks.

  6. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge or a cool environment.
