Hi, I’m Maggie.
I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. At Uplift Nutrition, I work with you to create sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that help you to progress towards your goals and see long term results. My ultimate purpose in working with clients is to make sure you walk away with a positive relationship and confidence around your nutrition, food and health.
My Mission
What I like doing as a dietitian is simple: I love educating people on good nutrition, but a big part of this is helping them find balance and regain confidence with their food choices. My favourite client wins are never what we see on the scales but the change we see and feel in ourselves whether that be our energy, mood, productivity or freedom with food choices.
